ftp by telnet (passive mode) works behind NATTED client too

1. telnet 65.111.171.126 21
2. USER anonymous
3. PASSWORD a@a.net
4. CWD mp3/voa/english/spec/2006
5. PASV (will print 65,111,171,126,p1,p2
6. telnet 65.111.171.126 p1*256+p2
7. on the first telnet session type LIST and the results will be displayed in 2nd telnet session
