ORACLE 9 installation document error
ALTHOUGH oracle 9 installation document tells you that ORACLE_BASE does not have to be set prior to installation of oracle, THIS IS TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!! YOU HAVE TO SET ORACLE_BASE.
